Refurbishments & branding Please be aware that several Hotels continue refurbishment, or have changed ownership and names, therefore there are a number of changes in our Tariff regarding names and grading of them. For your convenience Hotels are featured with their current names in our Tariff, but we clearly state their previous name, too if it has changed within the last 18 months.
EU We would like to remind you that due to popular demand, we now feature rates for all Hotels and Services we offer in Europe (except the UK) in EURO. Payment against those services could be settled in Euro as it will be illustrated on the relevant Invoice, or in British Pounds at the sum which will be shown on your Statement of Accounts.
Hotel grading We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that there is no official Hotel classification system in the UK but several private ones (e.g. AA, RAC, LTB, STB, Michelin). British Hotels' grading featured in our Tariff is based on an overall classification by all the "private bodies/guides" as well as our classification after site inspections.
Hotel grading in the EU Hotel grading in all other Countries we offer is based on the STAR classification and according to the legal requirements applying to each individual country. Top of page >>
Hotel grades For your convenience grading stated in our Tariff could be equivalent to star grading as follows: TOURIST Class : 2 star SUP. TOURIST Class : basic 3 star MODERATE FIRST Class : standard 3 star FIRST Class : 3 star deluxe SUP. FIRST Class : 4 star LUXURY Class : 4 star deluxe DELUXE Class : Superior 4 star deluxe and 5 star
Cancellations Hotels continue forcing strict terms in order to avoid amendments and last minute cancellations, therefore cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice (one full day before the arrival) will be charged one night as no-show, and that is not negotiable. There are a few Hotels, which require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations, and these properties are clearly stated in our Tariff. Please be aware that ALL Hotels in the Netherlands require 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
Charges and cancellation fees Subject to each Agent's performance it might be considered an extra charge for each amendment at a later stage, apart from reservations in the NETHERLANDS where there is already an automatic charge of 5.00 Euro per amendment.

Child policy Please note that “CHILD POLICY” applies when children share a room with TWO adults, or full paying passengers. Bedding in triple rooms vary between the Hotels, and could be either three single beds, a double and a single, a double with extra folded bed, a double with a sofa bed, etc. We are unable to guarantee exact bedding in triple rooms. However you should be aware that the greatest majority of Hotels provide a double with extra (mainly folded) bed. We would also like to remind you that when children stay free, their breakfast is not included therefore it has to be paid directly to the Hotel as consumed. Read through and revise.
Online bookings Finally we would like to remind you that our ON-LINE reservations system is operating since April 2001. Through that on-line system you can obtain immediate confirmation for a great number of Hotels, throughout the UK, Ireland and Belgium (on-line availability for Hotels in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France to be added in the near future), for some even at last minute, and most of the famous London West End Musicals. Booking on-line you can also get advantage of any Special Offers we have, and there are almost always some Hotels on very special rates! |
